Booking

  • 30% of total rental fee is due at time of booking;
  • remaining 70% must be paid at least thirty (30) days before arrival date.
  • Reservations made within thirty (30) days of stay: 100% of rental fee is due at time of booking.

Payment: Checks, bank transfers, Interac or credit card payments accepted.

Arrival & departure times

Arrival time is set at 5:00 pm; departures must take place before noon (12:00 pm).

Cancellation policy

Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing and addressed to the property owner.

If notice of cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to the confirmed rental date, the 30% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. 

On rental fees paid by check: all post-dated checks (balance owing on vacation rental and/or damage deposit) will be remitted to the client.

If notice of cancellation is received thirty (30) days or less prior to the confirmed rental date, monies received will be retained by the property owner in lieu of a cancellation fee; if paid by check, the damage deposit will be remitted to the client.
